What is your Shipping Policy?
Usually we ship thru the USPS. We have found that of all the carriers the Post Office offers all the varied types of services that we need. Such as insurance on damage of items. Other carriers are used when it seems best for the safety and/or speed of the item. On occasions just the size of the item dictates which carrier will be used. Other carriers can include UPS and/or FedEx. If you have a preference as to the carrier you would prefer, please let us know prior to posting your order.
Orders that are fulfilled from Omaha, NE are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order. How long the shipment takes to arrive will depend on distance from Omaha and type of shipping service you have selected at check out. Typically orders will arrive within 2 weeks or less if you are within the US.
Some of our items are shipped direct from the manufacturer of that item. But should take no more than a two week time period to reach most continental US locations.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Any damaged or missing items from your order must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please save all the wrapping from damaged orders so that we can better issue a complaint to the shipper and organize replacement of the damaged items.
Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason, a refund will be issued for the price of the item(s), less shipping & handling charges, providing that the items are returned to us in excellent condition, within 7 days of your receipt of the order.
