Some General Info on Shipping

We ship thru the USPS. We have found that of all the carriers the Post Office offers all the varied types of services that we need. Such as insurance on damage of items.

We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the objects inside; however we can not guarantee delicate handling from the shipping services available to us. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please follow the instructions in the Return Policy below.

Any damaged or missing items from your order must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please save all the wrapping from damaged orders so that we can better issue a complaint to the shipper and organize replacement of the damaged items.
Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason, a refund will be issued for the price of the item(s), less shipping & handling charges, providing that the items are returned to us in excellent condition, within 7 days of your reciept of the order.
This offer differs for Original artworks. Contact us direclty for information regarding return of originals.

Pricng reflects USPS Priority Mail rates, plus the cost of packaging materials and labor. Costs are set as low as possible and in many cases are below the actual total cost to us.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order, from Omaha, Nebraska.How long the shippment takes to arrive will depend on distance from Omaha and type of shipping service you have selected at check out. Typicaly orders will arrive within 2 weeks or less if you are within the US.

We try to ensure that all our packaging materials are recyclable and/or not harmful to the environment. We also try to re-use any materials that we recieve when we order supplies from other companies.
