Personal information and data collected in ALL AREAS of this site is NEVER shared or sold. We despise the erosion of privacy and abundance of spam and would never participate in their advancement.

Any damaged or missing items from your order must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please save all the wrapping from damaged orders so that we can better issue a complaint to the shipper and organize replacement of the damaged items.
Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason, a refund will be issued for the price of the item(s), less shipping & handling charges, providing that the items are returned to us in excellent condition, within 7 days of your reciept of the order.
This offer differs for Original artworks. Contact us direclty for information regarding return of originals.

All the images on this site are copyright to Teri Rosario. Printing or reproduction of my work in any form is Prohibited without my express written consent. See my FAQ's page for some specific info on not-for-profit usage. Anyone wishing to use my work for any purposes not mentioned in FAQ's should contact me directly.

We try to ensure that all our packaging materials are recyclable and/or not harmful to the environment. We also try to re-use any materials that we recieve when we order supplies from other companies.
