May I use your art for tubing?

My art is available for tube licensing at MyPSPTubes.com.
Tubing groups, please note that past permissions have been revoked now and all usage must go through MyPSPTubes.com..

Can I use your art on my web page?

Yes, if it is a non-profit page ( no one makes any monetary profit of any kind from anything on or related to the site), and if you follow a few simple rules I have:

• Don't make any modifications to the image other than proportional resizing. If you use the art, don't squish it so it's fat or elongate it so that it's skinny. It's meant to be in the proportions you see. Please leave it as is.
• Don't link directly to the images on my site. This slows down my site and yours as well. It also wrecks havoc with my statistics.
• You Must have - ©Teri Rosario - on any page that displays my art.
• You Must have - www.terirosario.com - on any page that displays my art.

Do you take commissions?

Absolutely. Take a look at the Commissions page for more detailed info. It's right there on the menu bar to the left.

How long does it take to complete a painting?

That depends on the medium I'm using.

For the Oil Paintings they can take anywhere from 40 to 80 hours to complete. I timed them once upon a time, but I don't time them anymore.

The Colored Pencil pieces take a little less time, I think between 30 and 50 hours.

Can I get a Tattoo of one of your images?

You can use my images for personal tattoos ONLY. Please let the tattoo artist know that this is a copyrighted image and cannot be used again for other customers. The stencil they created for your tattoo should be destroyed. Tattoo Artists are not allowed to offer my images commercially.

Can I use one of your images for a business logo?

I would be happy to discuss this possibility with you. E-mail me an we can discuss the terms.

What's your Privacy and/or Security policy?

Your information is NEVER sold or shared or given away for anything than what you give it to me for.

All monetary transactions are handled by PayPal. And information provided to them is Secured by them and is never disclosed to me.
