Gallery of Portraits

All Portraits are now done exclusively in Traditional Oil Painting Techniques.

Portraits can be done on either Canvas or Wood Panel. We can discuss the pros and cons of each when we talk.

Portraits can be done of anyone at any time in their lives - Parents, Grandparents, Children, Grandchildren, Pets, etc....

I create the portraits almost entirely from Photographs. I prefer to take the photos myself, however I can work from a favorite photo that you want transformed into an heirloom portrait. Several of the portraits in my Portrait Gallery were created from favorite photos.

On rare occasions there may be a sitting required of the subject(s). I work to make these occurrences far and few between and as painless as possible when they do occur.
